Follow Watch now and choose the intended production. Look at the edition and video options in the viewing offer. PubFilm artwork and numeric movie ratings are not resolution indicators.
HD, Full HD and a selected 4K offer
Consider the title, service, app, plan and display together. A 4K screen cannot make an HD-only offer into a different edition. For a smaller screen, a steady picture with comfortable captions may be the more useful priority.
When a picture begins softly
A player may adjust its bitrate as the connection changes. Give it a moment to settle, then inspect that application’s quality setting if the picture stays poor. Change one setting at a time so you can recognise what helped.
Check the room as well as the number
View the picture from the seat you will use. Reflections, text size and audible dialogue can affect the session even when the resolution is high. For a group film, agree on language and volume before the opening.
Controls belong to the video app
Full screen, Picture-in-Picture, playback speed and keyboard shortcuts vary with the player and device. The catalogue does not operate a streaming-server selector. Use the selected application’s instructions for the controls it actually offers.
